OBJECTIVE 
OLCC needed to meet growing distribution demand and needed to increase their throughput, shipping capacity and manage labor costs. They needed a system to manage their current growth and one that could expand with their future growth.

The project scope required using the buildings existing footprint and maintaining regular business operations while integrating the new system.
